TERMS OF SERVICE

Please note that I, the artist, am not responsible if the client ignores or fails to read these terms.Failure to follow or respect these Terms may result in being blacklisted from future commissions.

Before proceeding with a commission, please read these Terms of Service carefully.
By commissioning me, you are agreeing to all of the following terms.


- GENERAL INFORMATION -• Commissions are for personal use only.
• Please contact me only when commissions are OPEN. (DMs through Twitter or Discord are fine!)
• I reserve the right to decline any request if I’m not comfortable or capable of completing it.
• The client cannot edit, modify, or alter the final artwork in any way.
• Do NOT use my artwork for AI training or NFT purposes. !!
• Proper credit is required when posting or using the commissioned piece on any social media.


- PAYMENT POLICY -•Payments are handled via PayPal Invoice ONLY.
•All prices are listed in USD .
•I will begin the commission after full payment (100%) is received.
•For commercial use, the price will be 2x the base rate.
•Additional characters, complex designs, or heavy details may increase the final cost.


- COMMISSION PROCESS -• The turnaround time will depend on the commission type (1-9 weeks).
• I’ll always do my best to finish as soon as possible.
• Commission slot is reserved and work time starts after payment is settled.
• You can request up to 2–3 major changes at the sketch stage and minor tweaks before final delivery.
• The finished commission will be sent via email in high-quality resolution.• Commission work flow and updates for clients :
    - Sketching (Can do major changes/revisions only in this step).
    - Lining and base coloring (Minor revisions).
    - Rendering (No more revisions).• Revision examples :
Major revisions:
    -Adding extra character(s) / Props.
    -Changing the whole concept, composition, etc.
Minor revisions:
    -Color changes (skin, hair, eyes, etc).• REMEMBER !! Complex designs or concepts can take more time to finish.


- REFUNDS -• Refunds and cancellation only can be done in the next circumstances:
    1) The artist, is the one who cancelled the commission or is unable to do/finish it.
    2)The commission hasn't started within 2 to 4 months after payment.
• Other than the circumstances that stated above, refund and cancellation cannot be requested by the Client.
• The client(s) must never request or submit a payment charge back under any circumstances. This will be considered as a violation towards my Terms of Service.- USAGE RIGHTS -• The client may use the artwork for personal display, icons, and social media (with credit).
• I own all rights to the artwork, including the right to post it as part of my portfolio or examples.
• The intellectual property rights of the existing characters drawn belongs to their respective owners.
• I, as the artist, have the rights to stream my work progress and showcased the final work on Twitch and/or any social medias.
• REMEMBER!! The client CANNOT use my artwork for AI training, NFTs, or resale.
